What is a Real Estate Broker

Also known as “Real Estate Broker”

A Real Estate Agent is a licensed individual that brokers, or acts as an intermediary, for those who wish to sell or buy real estate property. Real Estate Agents have and use variety of resources that help property sell faster and for more money. A broker can help you by using MLS (Multiple Listing Service), appraising the value of property, consult and guide, market analysis, arranging inspections, advertise property, showing property to potential buyers and much more. Real Estate Brokers are paid a commission (approx 5%-7% on final selling price), this is why the broker represents the buyer. Using a broker to find property, or find a buyer for your property will make it a lot easier to make a quick and successful transaction.
